Business Development Manager (Franchise/License)
Job Description
- Actively seek opportunities to grow the business, develop marketing strategy and communication plan that promote successful partnerships to meet set objectives.
- Recruitment, interview and onboarding of new business partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments and/or external vendors to support business partners and franchisees.
- Oversees and provide support to operations and business partners on their financial development and operational performance.
- Responsible for all Income Audits and for preparing reports for the same.
- Presentation to the board on performance of individual outlets.
Requirement
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Management
- A minimun of 5 years experience in customer service, sales or related position
- Possess strong proficiency in business operations and legal contractual knowledge
- Possess strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Structured and detailed.
- Positive pro-active working attitude and solutions driven
- Possess excellent communication (spoken and written)
- Possess people management skill and able to lead a team
- Possess high degree of initiative, passionate, results-oriented and has high integrity and professionalism.
- Strong proficiency in Chinese language.
- Experience in education industry will be an added advantage.
- Able to work weekends
