Job Description
Lead day-to-day operations of Performance Marketing operations management by working closely with key stakeholders in local markets, agency partners and RHQ/HQ team. Ensure proper & smooth functioning of the operations with proper project management, supervision and cross-team collaboration.
- Drive Performance Marketing KPIs to drive overall eStore sales by maintaining cost efficiency
- Set up and drive App Paid Media strategy and framework for the region
- Work as the primary PIC focused on planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital D2C eStore campaigns and e-retail platforms;
- Optimize performance of performance driven paid media campaigns across search, social media, display/programmatic and 3rd-party advertising channels, monitoring performance metrics across all markets in SEAO and across product categories;
- Oversee centralized strategy and execution of overall Affiliate operations for the region
- Manage media investments made with external eCommerce sites / partners to ensure that campaign goals are achieved;
- Develop analytics dashboards to track, monitor and report on campaign performance and ROIs;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to strategize to ensure execution excellence against paid media channels;
- Develop relevant guidance materials and conduct trainings for stakeholders where necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience; experience in digital/performance marketing in the hospitality or airlines industry and/or a large eCommerce company would be ideal;
- Experience with online marketing and analytics tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics;
- Must showcase deep analytical thinking in deriving key actionable insights through extensive research of primary data sets;
- Must have both regional and local market experience in handling performance marketing;
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with different remote teams in a fact-paced environment;
- Detail oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Certifications in Google Marketing Platform would be an added advantage.
