The Talent
- Oversee all HR functions for a team of 35 employees in Singapore.
- Drive the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process for all employees.
- Manage and administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Facilitate and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Execute and oversee performance management processes.
- Collaborate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Handle office maintenance to create a conducive working environment.
- Work closely with the HR Manager to extend support for SEA region in global HR activities and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, with a strong understanding of Singapore regulations.
- Regional exposure is preferred
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating a proactive and customer-oriented mindset
