Working Hours: 5-Days Work Week
Work Type: 4-Month Contract
Salary: Up to $ 6,100 per month
What you will be working on?
- Review/analyse Job Descriptions (JDs) (in Hay format) to highlight information gaps and ensure alignment with the organisation’s staff structure and Hay job evaluation framework.
- In the process of doing so, to compare JDs across job functions / Divisions as reference points.
- Recommend adjustments to the contents of the JDs to bring about greater clarity and relevance, accentuating the pertinent points of job scopes.
- Maintain a centralised repository of JDs and track/ensure timely completion of the review of JDs
- Perform Hay Job Evaluation for the JDs (if any)
- Assist with other Staff Structure review related matters if required.
What are we looking for?
- Singaporean only
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR or job evaluation.
- Possess minimum Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline.
