A leading specialist in water related systems is seeking for an operations manager to join the team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the procurement and inventory process
- Negotiate with vendors for optimal arrangements and manage vendor payments
- Lead and manage periodic inventory counts
- Oversee Bill of Material list and manage item codes and data in the system
- Manage staff claims and manage the cash book
- Address overdue accounts and lead the accounts receivable process
- Manage ISO and internal/ external auditing matters
- Other ad-hoc administrative matters
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma/Degree in Logistics/ Business/ Supply Chain or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in inventory/ procurement management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office; Knowledge of SAP will be advantageous
