Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and commercially viable products using mycoprotein and other protein from concept to launch for customers in Asia.
- Evaluate raw materials, new technology, and ingredients in food products and provide flavour, seasoning and taste.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, regulatory, production, quality and external partners for manufacturability
- Ensure lab processes, materials, equipment and documentation are well maintained and meet required standards.
Key Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Chemistry or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a food applications lab, production or related area
- Interest and aptitude in plant-based products, flavours and ingredients
- Passionate, adaptable, collaborative, innovative and discipline with a growth mindset
