Operations Executive[ AV industry/Order management/Supply chain management]

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operational and project implementation matters.
  • Ensure timely login of sales orders and processing for all sales.
  • Handle sales login for Key Account customers, including issuance of Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders.
  • Liaise with vendors to resolve leadtime issues of equipment and negotiate project prices and payment terms.
  • Monitor project status, forecast project risks, and take preventive measures.
  • Work closely with the Finance Team on invoicing status and cash flow projections.
  • Ensure all suppliers' price books are updated and made available to the sales team.
  • Ensure inventory is accounted for and kept to a minimum at all times.
  • Record all maintenance contracts in systems and provide information to the Services Sales and Post Sales team.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient sales handover process between project and post-sales.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with order management/supply chain management in a project-based company.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including face-to-face, email, and phone-based communication.
  • Good planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
