Job Description:
- Oversee the team of registered and enrolled nurses, nursing aides, healthcare assistants and healthcare attendants in nursing home
- Responsible for compliance of all nursing standards as stipulated by Ministry of health and Singapore Nursing Board
- Direct care of the residents to ensure compliance to standard
- Ensure the smooth transition of residents from acute to chronic care and back to the community if needed
- Ensure appropriate skills mix and adequate manpower resourcing for all shift and type of services
- Guide orientation/induction programmes and preceptorship for all new staff
Support the ADN in nursing home management and deputizes in his/her absence - Any ah-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Nursing
- SNB registered and hold valid Practicing Certificate
- Minimum 5-7 years' nursing and supervisory experience
- Advance/Diploma in Gerontology would be an added advantage
