- Lead a team of 15-20 employees to fulfill monthly targets within deadlines
- Manage procurement of construction materials, and negotiate favorable contracts with suppliers
- Implement safety protocol, preventing workplace accidents to control risk
- Solving any construction problems that may arise
- Attend site meetings, and monitor progress of projects, ensuring smooth progress of project
- Liasing with all parties involved in projects, such as, contractors, sub-contractors , project managers, suppliers and local authorities
- Acting as quality control and assurance to ensure project objectives are met
- Good communication skills
- Minimum 5 years site experience
- Diploma / Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Building Management or equivalent
