Adecco is partnering with one of the top local Freight Forwarders in Singapore. We are looking for HR generalist and this pivotal role within the organization directly reports to HR manager.
The job
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR and administrative support, with a focus on ensuring the well-being and development of our employees.
- Prepare up-to-date personnel records and employment letter
- Oversee work pass application management and government grants,
- Take charge of payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Administer training and development programs, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Human Resources
- 2 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
- Able to communicate to Chinese stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
