· To be responsible for operational support and continuous improvement of assigned operating unit(s)/area(s), service or programme in the aspects of community engagement, community collaborations, and community programs with key agencies.
· To support Operations (Community) in ensuring that all relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
