Job Responsibilities:
- Daily preparation and production of breads.
- Kneading, cutting and shaping of the dough.
- Washing and cleaning of utensils/ ovens & etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen/ workstation.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the baker-in-charge/ manager.
Job Requirements:
- Min. 3 years of baking experience in bakery profession in Singapore (*Without baker experience please do not apply)
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work in a fast-paced busy environment.
- Active and energetic
- Proactive and great team player, able to work together as a team.
- Able to lift loads of up to 30kg.
- Able to withstand heat from bread ovens and work in a humid environment.
- Able to read and follow instructions.
- Good memory to remember recipes and work flow
- Able to travel to above-mentioned outlets when required
