About the Company:
Our client has been in the supply chain business, serving the defence & government sectors, as well as commercial industries. The company offers end-to-end, integrated, and secured logistics services including sourcing and procurement, ordering and inventory control, acceptance, and quality control.


Job Summary:
As the Retail Operations Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in planning and implementation of retail operations, overseeing the end-to-end processes of the company's retail outlets. Your primary focus will be on optimizing sales performance, service delivery, and customer experience. You'll lead initiatives to innovate and enhance company's retail business while ensuring seamless operations across all channels.


Responsibilities

1. Deliver Operations Excellence:

  • Research new store concepts and technologies, understand customer needs, to enhance sales channels.
  • Monitor and manage order fulfilment processes to ensure timely delivery for in-store customers and online platforms.
  • Train staff on adopting new technology and sales approaches.

2. Deliver Service Excellence:

  • Maintain service standards and streamline processes to meet customer demands.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through knowledge sharing and excellent service.

3. Manage Retail Operations:

  • Monitor KPIs and analyze sales performance, making data-driven decisions.
  • Develop resource planning strategies to support business activities.
  • Implement operational improvements based on performance measures.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate social responsibility and environmental protection policies.

4. Perform Safety and Health Tasks:

  • Manage workplace safety and health activities to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and address safety hazards.


Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in retail operations management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer-oriented.
  • Knowledge of inventory stocktaking procedures is an advantage.
