Job Description:
- Perform regular business audits internally to ensure compliance.
- Support and ensure corrective action is being performed or on track for any audit point-outs.
- Work closely with the Company’s lawyer and support the plan of the group’s legal strategy.
- Support PDPA related matters.
- Develop and implement risk-management policies, procedures, and controls.
- Provide advisory services to stakeholders relating to compliance matters.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Law / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Min. 2 years of business law working experience.
- Knowledgeable in AGM, contracting, business to business agreements.
