Job Details:

- Monthly Base Salary: $3500 - $4200
- Variable Allowance: Motorcycle, Phone, and Laundry
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce stringent standards for inspection and testing procedures to uphold superior product quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and maintain equipment to the highest standards.
- Supervise and manage the execution of Annual Inspections, Full Load Tests, and Brake Tests.
- Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Efficiently plan and coordinate daily schedules and manpower allocation.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to schedule inspections and promptly address any concerns.
- Provide comprehensive guidance and support to employees, ensuring their understanding and compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Monitor and ensure the timely completion of inspections as per the predetermined schedule.
Entry Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the lift industry or a related field.
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Technical Certificate from an accredited Technical Institute.
