Job Details:
- Employment Type: Full-Time

- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Monhtly Base Salary: Up to SGD 5,000 per month
- Work Location: MacPherson, Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Inventory Management: Analyze sales performance and manage inventory to maximize sales and efficiency.
- Assortment Planning: Assist in developing seasonal category strategies and assortment plans.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for purchases, negotiations, and inventory replenishment.
- Merchandising Standards: Ensure effective merchandising standards are maintained in stores.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market competition and initiate corrective actions to drive sales.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze merchandising reports to optimize sales and inventory management.
- Team Leadership: Assist in managing and leading the Merchandising team.
Entry Requirements:
- Educational Background: Diploma/Degree in Retail/Fashion/Business or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar managerial position in the fashion apparel/footwear industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
