Director of AdTech and MarTech

As the Director of AdTech and MarTech, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimization of our advertising technology (AdTech) and marketing technology (MarTech) systems and strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and utilization of technology platforms to enhance our advertising and marketing efforts, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive AdTech and MarTech strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of AdTech and MarTech solutions, including ad servers, demand-side platforms (DSPs), data management platforms (DMPs), customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, advertising, sales, and product teams to identify technology needs and opportunities to optimize campaign performance, audience targeting, and customer experiences.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts, negotiate pricing and terms, and stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of AdTech and MarTech initiatives, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Lead and mentor a team of AdTech and MarTech professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and evolving trends in digital advertising, marketing technology, privacy, and data governance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
12 years of experience in digital advertising, marketing technology, or related roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing AdTech and MarTech strategies.
Deep understanding of advertising technologies, including ad serving, programmatic advertising, ad targeting, attribution, and measurement.
Proficiency with MarTech platforms such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to data privacy, advertising compliance, and consumer protection.
