MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements and best practices.
2. Create standard working procedure or work instruction for shop floor.
3. Improves manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning work flow.
4. Investigate non-conformance root cause and suggest corrective action.
5. Supporting the production for new products to ensure they meet customer requirement.
6. Coaching and training machinists on working procedure and work instruction.
7. Any other duties that is assigned by superior as and when is required.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Preferably with Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
2. Must be able to interpretation of BOM & Drawings.
3. Must have min 10 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry.
4. Good knowledge on manufacturing best practice.
5. Good knowledge on relevant code and standards.
6. Good communication and training skills.
7. Investigation and problem solving skills.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills.
