We are hiring Temp Patient Service Associate to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attending to patients and family members, preparation of inpatient admission documents and arrangement for appropriate personnel to attend to patients.
  • Preparation of discharge documents; obtaining follow-up appointments; planned admission listing and notifying relevant parties on patient's discharge and dispatch documents/forms/notes.
  • Handling enquiries and requests from patients, patient's relatives, visitors, colleagues and the public.
  • Performing clerical duties required for ward operations and cross-covering of wards
  • Assisting to update patient's information, ward charges, patient diets, porter requests and housekeeper requests into computer system
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Min A level/ Diploma onwards
