Responsibilities
-Conceiving and designing for each project, aligned with client specifications
-Creating 3D perspectives for client visualization and comprehension
-Generating relevant technical drawings for client and authority submissions
-Computing specifications and preparing a quotation according to guidelines Project management, supervision, and coordination Interacting with sub-contractors, architects, engineers, and clients
Requirements
-Diploma in interior design or equivalent degree Proficiency in MS Excel, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD is essential
-2 years of experience in constructing landed houses
-Willingness to travel across the island when required
-Preferably experienced in architecture for private landed properties and interior design
