Benefits Summary:
- Basic up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus
- Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm, Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm
- Location: Lavender Street
Responsibilities:
- The responsibilities associated with this role encompass conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs, as well as preparing, negotiating, and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts. The role also involves coordinating work efforts, providing advice on various legal and contractual issues, and valuing completed work while arranging for payments.
- Collaborate with the designer to review construction plans and determine quantity requirements.
- Evaluate costs for maintenance and additional building needs, negotiating with contractors and subcontractors.
- Maintain thorough documentation for all tenders.
- Source quotations and assess quotes received from suppliers and subcontractors.
