Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal and external executives to co-ordinate meetings
- Update and maintain corporate organization charts, telephone listing and corporate documents
- Assist in travel arrangements, Visa processing
- Calendaring, scheduling, and meeting preparation
- Plan and organize department events
- Handle incoming calls, daily correspondences and confidential documents
- Maintain presentable office facilities
- Adhoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma / Degree with at least 1-2 years of office administrative experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, word and powerpoint (Basic)
- Organised with strong calendar management skill
- Keen eye for details
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management skills
