Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal and external executives to co-ordinate meetings
  • Update and maintain corporate organization charts, telephone listing and corporate documents
  • Assist in travel arrangements, Visa processing
  • Calendaring, scheduling, and meeting preparation
  • Plan and organize department events
  • Handle incoming calls, daily correspondences and confidential documents
  • Maintain presentable office facilities
  • Adhoc duties assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Min Diploma / Degree with at least 1-2 years of office administrative experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel, word and powerpoint (Basic)
  • Organised with strong calendar management skill
  • Keen eye for details
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good time management skills
