Job Description
· To be knowledgeable in declare Import /Export/ Bonded permit using the Trade Net website.
· To create job accurately by following job sheet.
· To check job system details such as permit, weight, operator code, etc.
· Coordinate import and export shipments to ensure prompt delivery of goods.
· Checking of vessel berthing and schedules.
· Prepare shipping documents such as NOA, BL, Permit, Packing list and Commercial invoice.
· Responsible for new or existing customers, addressing their inquiries via calls or email.
· Responsible for updating and maintaining customer databases or records, ensuring all information are up to date.
· Listen attentively to customer feedbacks for improvements and ensure customers' satisfactions.
· Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
· Have a good understanding of company services and able to provide accurate information to customers.
Job Requirements/Skills
· GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma or Graduates are welcome to apply.
· 1 year and above work experiences on desk logistic customer service is an advantage.
· Proficient in relevant computer skills and customer service software such as ERP, JP Online, Trade net and Portnet.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Being a team player and able to work with other departments.
· Able to multi tasks and prioritise tasks effectively with flexibility.
· Positive growth mindset to learn with the capacity to take feedback.
· Meticulous and able to work independently.
· 5.5 days work week with transportation and lunch provided.
