- Report directly to Branch Sales Manager
- Responsible to deliver and provide Quality Services.
- Responsible for Sale of courses packages, services & products
- Assist managers calling cold-calls to customer
- Responsible for upkeep/handling of the machinery of the salon equipment.
- To fulfil the salon duties whenever assigned
- To fulfil the cleanliness standards of respective room whenever assigned.
- Assist Managers to fulfil branch sales.
- Discuss with Managers regarding customer needs
- To achieve personal sales target.
- To follow up with customers after their treatment.
- Build up relationship with customers at all times.
- Follow all treatment procedure & necessary guidelines
- Any assignments given from time to time by the Company
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of working experience in the body spa and beauty industry
- Possess a recognised professional beauty certification is preferable
- Passion and self-motivated staff
- Well-groomed with positive attitude
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
