Roles & Responsibilities:
- Front desk reception duties such as attending to phone calls and walk-in customers.
- Handle mails and faxes.
- Attend to pupils’ needs such as injuries and helping to track missing pupils etc.
- Assist in pupil matters such as daily attendance, admission, P1 registration, P1 Orientation, Sec 1 Posting Exercise, updating of record of daily activities etc.
- Maintain and update school data records.
- Assist in data compilation.
- Assist in logistics duties such as sorting/distribution of booklets/pamphlets, maintaining inventory, stock-taking, loan of equipment and maintenance of equipment in rooms etc.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals, Administration Manager, Teachers, Management Support Officers etc.
Qualifications:
- A minimum GCE ‘O’ or 'N' Level Certificate or its equivalent.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Good team player with a high level of initiative.
- Positive and willing to learn.
- Proficient in MS Office e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Able to work in fast paced environment. Able to multi task.
- Able to interact with young children.
- Prior experience in working in a local primary school is preferred.
