Administrative Assistant

Pan-asia Resources Pte Ltd

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Front desk reception duties such as attending to phone calls and walk-in customers.
  • Handle mails and faxes.
  • Attend to pupils’ needs such as injuries and helping to track missing pupils etc.
  • Assist in pupil matters such as daily attendance, admission, P1 registration, P1 Orientation, Sec 1 Posting Exercise, updating of record of daily activities etc.
  • Maintain and update school data records.
  • Assist in data compilation.
  • Assist in logistics duties such as sorting/distribution of booklets/pamphlets, maintaining inventory, stock-taking, loan of equipment and maintenance of equipment in rooms etc.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals, Administration Manager, Teachers, Management Support Officers etc.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum GCE ‘O’ or 'N' Level Certificate or its equivalent.
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Good team player with a high level of initiative.
  • Positive and willing to learn.
  • Proficient in MS Office e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Able to work in fast paced environment. Able to multi task.
  • Able to interact with young children.
  • Prior experience in working in a local primary school is preferred.
