• Oversee and supervise molding process to ensure high quality products are made at the lowest cost in a timely manner and to coordinate all production requirements to all production personnel to support on time delivery. Organize daily activities to ensure smooth operations
• Provide appropriate training, as well as maintain and evaluate training records of production personnel
• Ensure product quality and production efficiency by the close monitoring of production processes and implementing appropriate corrective actions
• Initiate the appropriate reaction plan for unstable or non-capable characteristics, and record specific action in the appropriate form.
• Organize to meet customers deadline with process engineers and technicians
• Initiate corrective actions and follow-up until resolved.
• Stop production when product quality does not conform to specifications
• Discipline and counsel subordinates
• Make further improvement of the machine parameter setting and advice on the amendment of Operation Instructions (OI)
• Support additional production related projects or task as required by the management
• Monitor daily production output and ensure to meet the delivery target
Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing or related fields
• 2 to 4 years of experience in production process (Plastics manufacturing/molding experiences advantageous)
• Independent and able to multi-task in fast paced environment
• Experience in operations management
• Experience in medical devices, cleanroom, GMP environment advantageous
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Office: Near Joo Koon MRT | Mon – Fri (8:30am to 5:45pm)
