What are my job responsibilities?
In this role you will:
- Lead the team in Singapore to deliver the ATS design for Projects in Singapore meeting the keydates and the project requirements.
- Close coordination and follow up with the project Engineering Manager and the Project Manager of the project.
- Coordination with the team in Madrid for the deliveries required by the Project ensuring alignment of the customer requirements with the design.
- Holding design meetings with the customer and other SWC to ensure alignment of the design and requirements.
- Identify possible blocking points and provide the necessary actions to avoid impacting on the project deliverables.
- Follow up of the T&C activities progress providing the necessary support to close the issues which can be raised during this stage.
- Quality, completeness and consistency of the created outputs.
- Compliance with deadlines and costs with respect to the activities in the project.
What do I need to qualify for this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in electrical / electronics engineering / B. Tech, Diploma
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
- Technical knowledge on main subsystems of a railway project, especially ATS subsystem.
- Experience in reading and understanding technical requirements to generate design documentation.
- Knowledge of engineering processes and communication skills to interface different departments will be important.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Rail9k ATS and Airlink Radio design and T&C.
- Demonstrable previous experience on T&C activities for line in operation.
- Strong leadership capability.
