Responsibilities:
- Attend customer enquires through emails and phone calls with prompt reply/ acknowledgement back to customer.
- Enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and oversee the service situation.
- Manage customer service teams.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
