What you’ll do
As Product Manager, you’ll be responsible to:
· Lead product in an agile environment.
· Keep a firm pulse on industry direction as well as our competitors.
· Understand the needs and challenges of Amazon PPC users.
· Analyse reviews, user support tickets, user feedback, and our community postings.
· Constantly listening to users to maintain product love.
· Define and analyze metrics that determine the success of the product.
· Manage product roadmap to maximize the value we can deliver to the market.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delightful user experiences.
· Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of features.
· Make data-driven decisions to drive user adoption, expansion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
· Design in-app tutorials, educational resources, and documentation to increase usage and reduce support tickets.
· Prioritize initiatives for business growth, ways to differentiate, and make an impact.
What you’ll need
The following experience is relevant to us:
· 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a product-led SaaS.
· Strong understanding of product-led growth principles and practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
· Experience with using metrics to drive product development.
· Comfortable engaging with users, conducting research, and smartly integrating insights into product development.
· Experience leading teams and building products from scratch.
