We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our passionate team at Seroja .
We offer a fixed 2 days off on every Sunday & Monday .
All Candidates should be experienced , passionate and have a strong desire to work in the food industry .The role will require candidates to work well in a team and be well-versed in the food & beverage .
Duties will include
-Oversees daily operations of the restaurant.
-Provide a leading and consistent guest experience.
-Achives financial and quality targets.
-Represents the brand and promotes the restaurant.
-Manages and lead the team of colleagues in the areas of manpower planning ,
recruitment , supervision , coaching and counselling.
-Performance management , review and talent management.
-Oversee the beverage programme with the sommelier and recommend suitable
beverage for establishment.
The position requires:
- Relevant work experience in a fine dining establishment.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Adequate wine knowledge.
- Team player with outstanding interpersonal skills .
- Good presentation and influencing skills.
- Ability to work and thrive within a diverse environment.
- Self motivated and energetic.
