As a key member of our team, you will actively contribute to Terra's business expansion throughout the Asia Pacific region.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute basic administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations, including ensuring office lightings, aircon and switches are turned on/off based on office hours.
- Efficiently organise and oversee professional and personal scheduling as personal assistant for the Managing Director, encompassing meeting agendas, mail, email correspondence, phone calls, and occasional errands.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders in meetings to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage and maintain office systems, including answering of phone calls, emails, data management and data entry tasks.
- Consolidate global sales reports and aggregate data to derive key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to the development of reward programs based on performance metrics.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality in handling all materials.
- Engage with both internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Possess 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
- Exhibit excellent presentation and organisational skills.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with an approachable and friendly demeanour
- Proven capacity to work effectively under pressure and adapt to evolving circumstances.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Previous corporate administrative-related experience would be advantageous.
- Display the ability to thrive both within a team and independently.
- Project a mature and confident disposition, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exhibit excellent written and oral communication abilities.
