Job Description
- Work closely with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or deviations from the plan.
- Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on project status, milestones, and any changes in scope.
- Monitor and control project expenses, working to minimize costs while maintaining project quality.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed established standards.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports to management and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lessons learned from completed projects.
