Job Description:
- Tactical Training Mock ups – Design & Preparation of Drawings.
- Prepare, Review, and verify BIM Model, Shop drawings & Detail drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines and comply with all the relevant statutory acts, regulations, and practice.
- Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information based on client specifications.
- Able to generate and convert drawings from various formats of files received from clients and executing both manual 2D and 3D drafting.
- Prepares drawings from oral instructions, sketches and notes, calculations, dimensions for construction or building works.
- Develop detailed construction shop drawings using AutoCAD and Advance Steel software.
- To liaise with Project Managers and Engineers for technical drawings and submission approval.
- Coordination with clients, consultants, and other contractors for clarification and to resolve all design and clashes issues for the preparation, submission, and approval of BIM models.
- Attend site meetings or conduct site verification whenever required.
- To support, assist Structural Design Engineer and export to required drawing Format Explains drawings to production or project teams and provide adjustments as
necessary.
- To study scope of work and documents in accordance with the structural activities, specifications, and requirements.
- Prepare design, tender, and construction documentation.
- Use Revit/Advance Steel to check for clashes.
Requirements: -
- Education: A Minimum bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering.
- Modelling Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Modelling or drafting work in general and general building construction.
- Hands on Experience – Design of Tactical Training Mock-Ups.
- Practical Experience: Minimum 3 years of Drafting Experience in AutoCAD 2D&3D, Advance steel, Revit,3Ds Max along with a strong grasp of drafting principles, practices, methods, and techniques.
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel) and Knowledge & Certification in other software were added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of Relevant Work Experience in Structural Steel Designing and Detailing.
- Have experience in dealing with Architectural and Steel Structural related drawings/works.
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
