- To ensure that all operational duties by the team are completed on a daily schedule, ahead of time, efficiently and effectively
- To provide excellent food processing procedure and management and to ensure that all your staff understands the importance of such standards
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation
- Obtain sales target and KPIs given by the management
- Assist in planning schedule
- Promote positive work environment
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guideline
- Develop strategic and operational plans for managing execution and measuring results
- Any other duties as may be assigned by management
- Able to work night shift and split shift
- Able to work OT on weekends and public holiday
