Duties:
- Support Raw, Crust grading and Selection department’s quality activities and processes, evaluate their performances and ensure that improvements are implemented to meet customer requirements as well as company objectives.
- Products inspection and grading
- Root cause analysis and supplier corrective actions request to suppliers
- Crust inspection, grading and selection (based on customer requirements).
- Crust quality trend analysis, performance reports and KPI.
- Root cause analysis and corrective actions with relevant department.
- Support production and quality team with the review of quality rejects and lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions (CA) activities
