Responsibilities:
• Ensure all duties are carried out according to SOP to meet and exceed standards in quality of food, service, safety and cleanliness
• Consistently review operations and staff’s performance to identify any problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement
• Provide training and coaching to staff, assess performance and provide feedback on an ongoing basis
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensuring profitability of the outlet
• Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within budget
• Conduct monthly stock count for food & beverage, packaging, and all other stocks
• Solicit guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by The Management

Our ideal candidate should possess...
• Have at least 2 years of experience working in the food-service industry in a supervisory role
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Have a positive attitude; Able to create a warm and friendly atmosphere with a high level of energy and spirit
