Responsibilities
- To provide administrative support for Marine Department.
- Drafting and collating safety reports
- Coordinating and supporting in preparation for TMSA audits
- Scheduling for Company internal and external audits
- Compile HSSE statistics, monitor KPIs and publishing statistics report
- Arrangements of safety campaigns and trainings
- Monitoring and controlling of Ships’ assigned budget
- Monitoring and renewal of ship’s certificates
- Responsible to Marine Manager for operational matters
- Maintaining fleet circular/memo records and monitoring acknowledgement of receipts
- Documents control for the department; Dispatching documents to vessel and monitoring acknowledgement of receipts
- Processing department Invoice Payment Request (IPR)
- Registration and deletion of vessel
- Handling all Maritime & Port Authority related issues
- Any other duties as assigned by the Marine Manager
- Liaison with Local Administration
- Liaison with Port Authorities
- Verify all vessels bills of all travel, accommodation and food expenses
Requirement
- Min. Diploma in Maritime Studies
- At least 1 years’ experience in ship management operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, initiative, positive driven
