- Senior Systems Planning Manager for managed SD-WAN platform and ICT service endorsement.
- Executing Technologies Proof-of-Concept with principal vendors and supporting Proof-of-Value with customers.
- Responsible for the design and build of SDWAN platform service headend infrastructure which include the security (ie. Firewall, Web Application Firewall, Identity Access Management, etc) design for the environment.
- Responsible for the technical test verification and endorsement of various technologies VNF on virtualizaton platform.
- Responsible for monitoring and performing impact assessment of new security vulnerabilities surfaced affecting the service platform and providing MOP for remediation.
- Responsible for providing technical guidance to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support Product in defining and co-ordinating the scope of works with various stakeholders like Architecture Offices, Global Competencies, Product Management, Technical Pre-sale, Global Fulfillment, Global Competencies and so on.
- Working closely with principal partners for technology knowledge transfer and technology notice broadcast such as End of Life or End of Sale i.e. Release Life Cycle Management.
- Work with support teams and pre-sales.
- Support Service Products new features development & enhancement.
- Level 3 & 4 support with principal platform partner over bug or software escalation.
- Perform Planning and Project Management and Network/Security Engineering roles as assigned to projects.
- Skills for Success:
- Bachelor in Computer Science/IT Technology/Computer Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- 6-8 years of experience in Enterprise/System Integrator/Telco Environment.
- Silver Peak SD-WAN experiences preferred.
- Strong knowledge in network TCP/IP, routing and optimization technologies.
- Preferred CCNP (R&S, Service Provider), Linux, Windows 2012, Openstack, Docker, KVM, Vmware certifications or working experiences.
- Candidate with good programming (eg. Python, Javascript, etc) knowledge is a plus.
- Good writing and communications skills.
