Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and bring a
fresh, innovative approach to our portfolio of brands. As the Senior Marketing Specialist,
you'll be the driving force behind our cutting-edge marketing strategies and the go-to
person for making waves in the industry.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development,
and creative, to achieve marketing objectives and contribute to the overall success of the
organization.
Responsibilities:
Branding
● Assist Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to
drive brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, support business growth,
and ensure all initiatives are aligned with brands’ positioning.
● Assist manager with developing brand and marketing proposals for brands under
the group - this is not limited to PR Campaigns, Social Media Campaigns, etc.
● Engage media and KOLs through regular PR campaigns. Build and maintain
good relationships with the media and KOLs.
● Measure success via post-campaign reporting for all brands under the group.
● Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends,
customer needs, and industry insights, and leverage this information to develop
targeted marketing campaigns.
● Collaborate with the product development team to understand product features,
benefits, and USPs, and translate them into compelling marketing messages.
Digital
● Develop and implement digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing
campaigns (EDMs), social media strategies (FB Manager), content marketing
(Social Media), and search engine optimization (SEO) tactics.
● Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and
provide regular reports to management, making data-driven recommendations for
optimization.
● Identify and evaluate new marketing channels (TikTok) and opportunities to reach
target audiences effectively and maximize ROI.
Others:
● Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and
partners to leverage their expertise and resources for marketing initiatives.
● Explore potential partnerships and marketing outreach with external stakeholders
● Consolidation of data for reports and analytics purposes
● Other ad hoc projects assigned by the management and all marketing-related
matters
● Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in
marketing, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior
Lifestyle F&B experience is highly preferred
● Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, with a focus on
strategic planning and execution.
● Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and campaign
management.
● Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing
campaigns across various channels.
● Proficient in digital marketing techniques, including social media, email
marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create
persuasive marketing content.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable
insights.
● Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle
multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
● Experience in the [specific industry or market] is preferred.
● Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams.
