Job Scope:
- Assist the centre principal in areas including but not restricted to finance and enrolment
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, maintaining updated records of documents, etc.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and any other forms of interactions
- Follow up with parents on enrolment administrative work, collate necessary documents, and collect outstanding fees
- Work alongside various departments to close administrative gaps
- Anticipate the needs of others and stay one step ahead in order to ensure seamless and positive experiences
- Any other jobs assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office skills
- Integrity in handling confidential information
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Take initiatives, possess a strong sense of urgency and able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with administrative work in childcare centres would be preferred
