Job Scope
• sourcing of products from local and overseas
• processing of orders
• handling customers' enquiries & maintain and update the approved vendor list.
• maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• Follow up on purchases and ensure timely deliveries.
•Align forecasts and delivery plans with customer-required quality and schedule.
• Inventory Monitoring:Monitor material inventory levels. Ensure safe stock based on sales team forecasts and shipping schedules.
Requirements
• Computer skills: Office, Outlook, Excel, ERP system, Google Documents
• good time management and good follow up with all pending issues
• knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
• attention to detail and accuracy
• independent with excellent team-working skills
• responsible, confident, energetic, resourceful and self-motivated
