Permanent role (AWS Guaranteed + Variable Bonus)
Responsibilities:
· Process customer’s orders timely and accurately; manage queries and complaints
· Attend to day to day seafreight operations. Arrange shipment collection / traffic coordination
· Provide pricing and delivery information
· Liaison with overseas agents for freight handling & other matters
· Responsible to complete the job process from inbound to outbound, vice versa.
· Responsible for tracking of goods enroute to their destination and ensuring any problems that may arise are resolved to avoid any delays.
· Shipping documentation (import / export / BL / documentation)
· Handle Cargo documentation such as LCL & FCL
· Verify supplier’s invoice and overseas offices invoices
· Generate reports as per customers’ SOP
· Administration duties
Requirements:
· At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Sea freight / Airfreight and familiar with import and export process
· A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
· A self-starter and quick learner who possesses the ability to be effective at addressing issues; interfacing with both internal and external customers
