Responsibilities:
- Utilise portals and internal database to identify suitable candidates for our clients
- Assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment
- Brief candidates on the opportunities offered by the client
- Managing the full interview process
- Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
Requirements:
- Degree with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment sales
- CEI Certification is a must
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Persistent with positive work attitude
