DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, manage, supervise, co-ordinate, monitor and recommend to management a schedule for the planned preventive maintenance and ad hoc day to day maintenance and rectification of and facilities.
- Schedule coordinating of the maintenance team for maintenance and repair works accordingly maintenance schedule.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities carried out by the contractors.
- Purchasing of maintenance parts when needed through purchase requisition or ad hoc purchase
- Responsible for following up on existing maintenance contracts with external vendors.
- Ensure site work is carried out that complied with workplace safety.
- Liaising and coordinating with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Engineering and/or other relevant field of study
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the food industrial sector, (e.g. foodcourt and coffeeshop project and reinstatement works)
- Proven record in managing maintenance and repairs work for Air conditioning System / Fire Fighting & Fire Protection System / Exhaust System / Plumbing System / Kitchen Equipment
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Possess Class 3 Driving License
- Good interpersonal skills with the attributes of a team player and a keen eye for details
- Motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
