The Human Resource (HR) Executive provides HR functions pertaining to the recruitment, engagement, performance, development and retention of human capital in the Company.
Key Responsibilities
§ Manage in-scope administration work pertaining to an employee’s life cycle – for instance, recruitment, confirmation, transfer, termination
§ Oversee talent management framework and performance appraisal exercises
§ Develop and implement HR policies and guidelines
§ Prepare monthly payroll, including processing of statutory claims and filing of income tax
§ Administer, process and oversee leave matters and insurance claims
§ Facilitate the reporting procedures related to employees’ discipline and grievance
§ Update employees’ movement and database
§ Prepare timely HR data and reports as required
§ In charge of employees’ expense claims
§ Manage all office administration matters – for instance, season parking, stationery, pantry supplies and so forth
§ Perform other ad-hoc HR and office administration duties as assigned
