Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager with a background in selling pharmaceuticals or healthcare to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing the sales team across local and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and leadership.


Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets across local and international markets

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base

· Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders

· Train and mentor the sales team to improve their performance and productivity

· Manage and track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

· Develop and manage the sales budget and ensure profitability targets are met

· Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products/services to customers

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

· Travel to meet with customers and attend industry events as necessary

· Any duties as assigned by Managing Director


Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree, nutritionist preferred

· Proven track record of success in sales and leadership

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets

· Ability to travel domestically and internationally

· Experience managing a sales team is preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
