Responsibilities:
- Responsible for work pass applications, renewal and cancellation including arrange for repatriation of workers.
- Sourcing of manpower to meet manpower needs including follow-up with recruitment agency and foreign worker directly.
- Maintaining of personnel records and ensure filing are up-to-date.
- Support the training and development needs of employees by processing and administering the full spectrum of training, seminar, course and programme.
- Full payroll processing for foreign workers.
- Preparation of payroll report, manpower report and other reports as and when required.
- Assist in implementation and maintaining of ISO quality system
- Monitor and communicate with employees on staff matters
- In Charge of general office administration.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in HRM/Business Administration with 2 years of experience, preferably in the Construction Industry
- Familiar with MOM regulations
- Work independently
- Familiar with MS Word & Excel
- Knowledge in Employment Act.

- Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Salary negotiable (depending on experience & qualifications)
- 5.5 days work week (Alternate Saturday)
- Bilingual in Chinese and English (dialects will be an added advantage)
