1. Have a min ART diploma or above
2. At least 10 years of working as ART teacher in schools/centres
3. Able to work with kids and adults
4. Develope and upgrade the Art Curriculum
5. Record and report on students' progress
6. Provide guidance, coaching and discipline necessary to encourage students to exceed performance standards
7. Plan lessons based on art techniques and history, various themes, and general knowledge in line with students' learning objectives
3. A team player and able to work independently
