Job Title: Partners Relations Executive (Industrial Products)

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday | 10 am to 7 pm
Salary: Up to $3000 Basic + AWS + Performance Incentives + Bonus + Annual Leave +

Main Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and gather information about their needs and preferences.
- Conduct REGULAR client visits to present products or services, demonstrate features, and explain benefits.
- Establish rapport and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer loyalty and business continuity.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
- Communicate and arrange sales appointments with indoor sales.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional sales support.
- Politely answer all product-related questions and address queries promptly.
- To keep abreast with market trends and product knowledge
- Support the development of new and existing products.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Requirements:
Minimum O levels and above.
Ability to handle customers amicably and maintain professional customer service skills.
Class 3 Driving License.
Vehicle Required
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with clients who can only converse in Mandarin.
