Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Offer a warm and friendly greeting to customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Help customers choose the ideal karaoke room or package that suits their preferences.
Ensure customers have a great karaoke experience by providing necessary equipment and assistance.
- Room Setup and Technical Assistance: Prepare karaoke rooms with essential equipment like microphones, screens, and sound systems.
Assist customers with the karaoke system and resolve any technical issues.
Promptly attend to customer requests and monitor room usage.
- Order Handling and Transaction Processing: Manage room reservations and process food and beverage orders accurately.
Handle various payment methods including cash, cards, and digital payments efficiently.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely preparation and serving of orders.
- Maintenance and Cleanliness: Keep karaoke rooms, common areas, and restrooms clean and tidy.
Restock necessary items such as snacks, drinks, and karaoke supplies.
Promptly report any equipment issues or maintenance requirements.
- Effective Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff for seamless operations.
Communicate effectively to address customer needs and operational challenges.
Participate in training new team members as required.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle equipment.
- Comfortable navigating various rooms throughout shifts.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base and team members, ensuring clear understanding and adherence to customer preferences and dietary needs.
